Coach Beth has recently added Strong Greens & Strong Reds by Bare Performance Nutrition to her daily nutrition regimen and can really tell a difference in her energy and digestion. They help fill the gaps in your diet when maybe you forget to take a multivitamin or have any greens that day.

The Strong Greens aren’t your typical “tastes like soupy grass” greens. It’s a nutrient powerhouse powder that tastes awesome. They have two different flavors, Lemon & Pineapple Coconut (Beth’s favorite!) and are meant to help boost your immune support, increase natural energy, and improve digestion. 

The Strong Reds are packed with other powerhouse nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that aid in reducing bloating and stomach discomfort, increase nitric oxide levels and blood flow, and overall helps strengthen your immune system and support. The Strong Reds only come in one flavor, Strawberry, but that’s okay – it’s delicious! 

Coach Beth takes a scoop of each per day, mixes them together in about 10-12oz of water with a packet of Emergen-C for added Vitamin C to start her day. Don’t worry though – if you forget to take them in the morning, you can have them whenever throughout the day!
