It’s fall y’all!!! And that means Coach Beth is going pumpkin spice / all things fall CrAZY! 

In honor of her craze, we are featuring a spin on what has become a fall must-have, the Pumpkin Spice Latte- and Coach Beth’s version is only 60 calories!!

 

Ingredients

(Makes 1 serving)

  • 15 mL Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 30 ml Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 12g Lite Pumpkin Spice Whip Cream
  • Sprinkle of Pumpkin Spice

Directions

  1. Place SF syrup & creamer in a coffee mug and whisk with an electric, handheld frother.
  2. Add coffee.
  3. Top with lite whipped cream & sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
  4. Enjoy!
