Beth graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010 and is certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. She and Coach Alex stared AB’s Fitness, LLC in 2016 and have helped clients through bodybuilding competitions, weight loss transformations, strength training, and specializes in general fitness clients to make fitness fit their lifestyles. Her personal fitness journey started in bodybuilding in which she has competed in more than 10 shows and obtained her pro status as a Natural Athletic competitor in the drug-free bodybuilding.
As a coach, Beth works with clients ranging from never-been-in-a-gym-before to stay-at-home moms to elite athletes. No matter what level you are at, she can help get you to where you want to be. Her number one goal for you is to find BALANCE in health and fitness.
Coach Emily T.
Emily graduated from UT Austin with a focused Kinesiology degree in Health Promotion. She has worked as a nutrition specialist &/or lead trainer for companies such as Snap Kitchen, Naturally Fit and other local fitness & CrossFit studios and is the former Director of the Naturally Fit Federation- a drug-free bodybuilding organization based in Texas. As an athlete, she has a background as a competitive CrossFit athlete and more recently, has been competing in the drug-free bodybuilding circuit in which she obtained her pro status as a Natural Figure competitor.
As a coach, Emily believes in empowering each of her clients with the tools and skills to create a lifestyle change that will stick – no more yo-yo dieting! She works with clients ranging from couch potatoes to elite athletes – so no matter your starting point or your goals, she can work to create a plan specific to YOU.

As a coach, Emily encourages her clients to understand food is not the enemy and being strong is awesome! She works with clients ranging from postpartum moms to elite athletes. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey she can get you to where you would like to be. Let’s get strong together and PANCAKES ROCK!
Alex has worked in management in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, and found bodybuilding when he was ready to set a new goal for himself. He has competed in several NPC Men’s Physique & Bodybuilding shows in Tennessee and Texas.
He started his personal training business with Coach Beth in 2016 by forming AB’s Fitness, LLC. He is certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. He has experience with weight loss, strength, cross training, and bodybuilding clients and also coaches bodybuilding posing.
As a coach, Alex strives to set you up for success for the future, give you the tools, guidance and knowledge to make a change in your lifestyle, and become a better, faster, stronger YOU.
