The number one best way to keep yourself accountable is to track your nutrition. Our favorite way to keep up with our client’s nutrition, as well as our own, is via the MyFitnessPal app. It has a TON of foods already in the database, the ability to scan barcodes for easy entry and it also syncs up with our AB’s Fitness App which is a super cool benefit!  (stay tuned for an upcoming blog about the AB’s Fitness App soon)

In addition to all of it’s great nutrition tracking features, it also has recipes, educational blog posts and more.
