Virtual, Coach-Led Workouts LIVE

Join us 3 days a week for coach-led, group workouts via Zoom. No fancy workout equipment and no fitness experience is required to participate! We will provide alternatives and modifications for every exercise during classes. You will also get access to written workouts, recorded videos, and library of exercise videos that you can do on your own time should you not be able to join a certain class.

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm CST – Upper Body*

Thursdays @ 5:30pm CST – Lower Body*

Fridays @ 12pm CST – HIIT / Mobility*

AB’s Fitness is a great choice to get your sweat on regardless of your fitness level. The instructors provide alternatives for newbies all the way up to the pros. It is a quick 1- hour workout while you get your groove on with diverse music and an amazing group of like-minded people. It is a workout and a community you didn’t realize you needed.”

When the coronavirus hit and everything shut down in early 2020, going to the gym was no longer an option. Unfortunately, we don’t have a home gym set up so I was stuck trying to find some way to get in a workout at home, with little to no equipment. Enter Beth and Emily and their Live Zoom classes! These classes were a complete life saver. I’ve been able to maintain a consistent workout schedule, get in some good cardio and strength training, and get some much needed me time. The classes are the perfect mix of strength/resistance training and cardio, not only within each class itself, but also over the course of the week. And don’t be fooled. These home workouts are no joke! They are perfect for any and every fitness level. Beth and Emily always make sure to offer alternatives for anyone who needs them so you are really able to tailor the workout to fit your needs. You also don’t need a ton of equipment to get in a good workout. If you’re looking for a solid home workout program, this one’s for you!


I became an ABs fitness client in 2019 and haven’t looked back! Originally the focus was on competition prep but when COVID interrupted those plans, Emily and Beth never skipped a beat! They anticipated the gym closures and quickly adapted to create a fun and effective online Zoom program! There is never a dull moment with these ladies! They are always full of personality and finding new and creative ways to change up the workouts. I’m 100% grateful to have them as coaches and friends!
