This is a SUPER easy and tasty meal that cooks up in no time. Full disclosure, this is not an AB’s original and was actually a meal that a friend of Coach Emily’s whipped up on a recent camping trip and she’s now addicted to it! 

We hope you enjoy it as much as she does!


Makes 4 servings

  1. 1 pound ground turkey (pork or beef work well too)
  2. 1 bag of Asian Salad Mix – Coach Emily uses this Sweet Asian Salad Mix
  3. Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos to taste


Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meat. Once meat is cooked, add the all contents from the salad mix bag (salad, crispy wontons, sliced almonds & dressing) and soy sauce or liquid aminos. Saute until desired consistency.
