These little treats will not only satisfy your sweet tooth, but they are also macro friendly and can easily fit into your healthy lifestyle! Because we are making these super macro friendly, the ingredients are listed in grams and milliliters instead of our usual cups/tablespoons to ensure a higher level of accuracy in regards to the nutritional value. 


  • 120g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • 15g Cocoa Powder
  • 50g Coconut Flour
  • 35g Powdered Stevia 
  • 75g Rolled Oats
  • 50mL Egg Whites
  • 100mL Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 50mL Coconut Oil
  • 100g Mini Chocolate Chips


Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 

Make a well in the center and add in the liquid ingredients. Mix until it becomes thick and hard to stir. Now, use your hands to knead the mixture to finish combining all the ingredients. The consistency should become dough-like. If it gets too crumbly, add a bit of water. 

Roll the mixture into 24 balls and place in an airtight container using parchment paper as needed to prevent sticking. 

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
