Mini-band Seated Abduction x 20 reps
Barbell Hip Thrusters x 20 reps
Dumbbell Sumo Squat Pulse x 20 pulses
Bodyweight Single Leg RDL x 20 reps/leg
Body Weight Reverse Lunge x 20 reps/leg
Heels Elevated Glute Bridge Thruster x 20 reps/leg
Body Weight Side Lunge x 12 reps per leg
Rest for 60 sec and repeat for 3 total rounds
