This week’s workout is pulled directly from our Upper Body Virtual class. In our video version of this class, we kick off with a 5-10 minute warm up prior to moving into our first circuit round and we end class with a 5-10 minute cool down/stretch session. We also take time between each circuit to demonstrate and go over the movements and structure of the next section – these make for perfect water breaks 😉
