15 Minute AMRAP – Total Body

Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of the below

  • 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders (Jump Rope) 
  • 40 Lateral shuffles 
  • 30 Turtle Heel Touches
  • 20 Alt. Dumbbell Snatches
  • Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes
