Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of the below
- 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders (Jump Rope)
- 40 Lateral shuffles
- 30 Turtle Heel Touches
- 20 Alt. Dumbbell Snatches
- Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes
