What’s an AMRAP?

AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible, or in some instances, as many reps as possible, in a certain allotted time. 

No equipment is needed for today’s featured, full body workout. Just set your timer for 15 minutes and perform the below circuit for as many rounds as possible. 



15 Minutes – AMRAP

Perform as many rounds as possible of the below in 15 minutes

  • Standing Knee to opposite elbow
  • Pop Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Russian Twists
  • Crunches
